Community partners Adaptive Seed Farms (ASF) harvests squash seeds and prepares to deliver to SHEM for clients! Seeds are vacuumed out of the squash by shop vac and dried, sorted, packaged for websit sale. ASF grows organic, rare, diverse and resilient seed varieties for ecologically-minded farmers, gardeners and seed savers. ASF seed is adapted to the Pacific Northwest and other short season northern climates and sell only public domain, open pollinated (OP) seed.
